Bus Tickets from Vancouver to Kelowna

It was easy to board, and reboard after breaks. Bus was a little late, due to snow, however the drivers were excellent the whole trip. Handy in seat facilities too.

The service is good, but improvements could be made - the coach could be cleaner, a seat behind the driver was defective (would not raise to its upright position), and the stop in Merrit was fraught with ice. I’m happy to see this important service, but the coaches must be cleaned between runs. If a seat is unrepaired, what else is unrepaired? Are these coaches safe to be on the road?

Excellent customer service, rescheduling the time was easily done, driver was very helpful and polite.

I enjoyed the view and was nice to take a break from driving . What I didn’t enjoy was being told last minute that my trip was over at the airport . The bus driver was kind enough to offer us a ride into town but I declined the offer . I have been travelling on the bus for years and this was by far the worst experience on the bus that I have ever had . Disorganization +++

Great. So good to have internet access and electricity for most of the trip. Able to relax some, and get some work done. Not at all a wasted day.

Our flight was canceled at 8:15 am we waited for almost 4hours to depart, the dispatcher guy doesn’t know when the bus is still coming we didn’t expect that to him it’s okay..we we’re completely devastated and waited for nothing, I end up buying a ticket to another bus company in order to travel on the same day .
