Bus Tickets from Calgary to Edmonton

The trip was on time. In fact, we arrived 5 minutes early which was helpful in buying me some time for my resumption at work! The driver was kind and professional!!

I missed my bus schedule for 12:10pm today because I wasn’t able to locate the bus station on time at the Sunridge Mall. So I took a cab to the downtown location to catch the 3pm bus. The bus driver was so inflexible and doesn’t allow me to use the existing bus ticket but insisted that l have to purchase a new bus ticket. I find it too unreasonable and un-accommodating.

The driver was very rude and he was cursing on me for no reason all I asked was for a direction since I'm new to the city.

My grandma enjoyed her ride. The only thing that could've helped her was announcing a 15 minute stop vs being told it was 5 minutes. She has mobility issues and didn't leave the bus to help her diabetes bc the driver said only 5 mins break, when in reality it was 15.

No communication between the traveller and the bus. no available representatives available for help when needed.

The driver was courteous and drove well , I forgot my phone on the bus upon arrival and he found it and helped me retrieve it.

I loved the price it was really good. the chairs was not comfortable, and too close to eachother that I couldn't tilt it. The wifi was not stable and prople talked loudly on their phone despite the driver warning on them. Overall, I was happy but there is room for improvement!

The bus driver who has been doing the job for over 20 years was the best. I’ve known Jose working for grey hound back In the day. He continues to bring the best out of everyone’s trip.

It was a very beautiful trip. Everyone was very accommodating. The driver and his colleagues were very nice.

On March 12th/2025, I had fkexeble bus ticket @12:35 pm but I couldn't get it because the flight delay in arrival Calgary airport, and I asked to your office for change to 2:55 pm, and I was denied and paid again for new ticket. And this is my first and last time yo use your services. I'm very disappointed

Had mechanical issue with the bus. transferred us to another bus that was not as luxurious.

My first solo travel trip. And it was the best decision I made to travel with red arrow. The bus was first class experience like airways. Clean and good amount of space. I got to choose my window seat

The bus was warm, spacious, the driver was fantastic and he would give heads up on things including a blizzard we were going into. No complaints at all

The bus ride was fine but the one passenger who was drinking and bugging the young women on it was not good

I would have liked a heads up message the bus changed from “Ebus” to Red Arrow.

Bus arrived late, pick up point has no waiting area. Bus was run down and seats are not comfortable.

The driver is on time and very nice. But when we have our first stop at red deer, there’s a drunk passenger came on board. Passenger clearly not in normal behaviour. During our trip he disturbed some passengers and the driver while driving which might cause distraction and accidents. I really wish there’s a cold shot policy to reject drunk passengers for safety of everyone.

Bus was an hour late and we arrived in Edmonton two hours after our expected arrival time! No way of contacting them as the phone call always cuts off, doesn’t even ring.
