How to travel from London to Toronto

Bus was late coming to pick me up and than took over 6.5 hours to make it from London Ontario to Union Station in Toronto

Good. Was on time ! That was great. But it would have been nicer to be able to board earlier as it was cold waiting outside.

The bus was a bit late leaving and reaching the destination, but it was understandable given the weather conditions. The driver was able to skirt some of the busier parts of the highway by getting off and taking local roads. The bathroom did not have water of cleansers available. The seats were a bit cramped. The ride is long because of a stop that takes the bus well off the major road.

The bus broke down took 1 hour and 15 mins for another bus to arrive. I initially was due to arrive shortly after 10 I arrived 12:30 for my 1:20 flight which ofcourse I missed and incurred expenses due to this.

bus was very delayed fully packed people had to go on other buses. Lost luggage. Driver got stuck in snow bank for 30 minutes. Arrived at destination awfully late.

I did not enjoy the ride being an hour and a half longer than advertised and I did not enjoy the seats not being assigned

The bus was way too hot and passengers asked the driver and he didn’t do anything . Other passenger complained that power not working to charge phone

Travelled on a sprinter. Very clean and comfortable. We were a few minutes delayed getting to the airport mostly due to construction on the 401.

The bus was 20 minutes late to pick us up. The bus was old, but clean and comfortable. The driver was very good and safe.

The bus was on time, which is good. But the air freshener was too strong. The scent is nauseating, which made the ride very uncomfortable.

Trip was comfortable and on time. The bus said badder bus on it and I booked Megabus so it was a bit confusing as there are other buses that leave from the same location.

It was excellent. The driver was informative and we arrived not just on time but 20 minutes early - and that was with traffic disruptions in Toronto due to a marathon!!!

The driver stopped in the wrong place at the origin. So, we had to call customer service to ask them to hold the bus at the next station. Otherwise, everything was ok.

The driver was very friendly and welcomed everyone on board, the bus was very clean, and the seats were very comfortable. All in all, a very relaxing trip!

I didn't enjoy being 40min late and missing my appointments but other then that it was great

It was completely enjoyable, by FAR the best bus service between London and Toronto. I can't rate it highly enough!

Bus came on time. Seats were very comfortable, snacks were available. Hostess was super sweet, arrived to my destination a little over my scheduled time. But it was rush hour.. The only thing that I didnt like Was it was very hard to see out of the window from the tinted sticker.

Driver and attendant were very courteous. Bus was clean and drive was quick. We actually reached destination early. I got a good hot cup of tea and fresh cookies. Thanks

It's my first time to ride on your bus. I was freezing to death because of the 30 minutes delayed. It was to cold weather. I went to the bus station 12 minutes before the departure only to find out there was a delay. If u should have send an email 1 hour before the departure that would be great.

15 minutes before departure I received an email the bus would be 50 minutes late. It didn’t arrive for another hour and a half. Additionally, we pulled over to the ditch in the highway for 5 minutes for a reason I do not know. Very inconvenient.

The bus was super clean, we arrived on time, and it was an incredibly comfortable ride. Very pleasant experience overall.

The traffic was heavy and your competent drivers made it stress free. We just relaxed.

I arrived at the pickup point 10 minutes earlier. The ticket and the booking confirmation showed OurBus as the operator, so I waited for an OurBus to arrive. After two follow-ups with an OurBus agent, I received an email with an updated booking confirmation and ticket, showing OneXBus as the operator. However, this bus had left around 40 minutes before OurBus sent me the updated information. So I missed the bus while standing there in the heavy snowfall for over 1 hour, watched the OneXBus leaving, had to pay an Uber to take me to Toronto, and almost missed my flight because of OurBus terrible customer service and miscommunication.

The bus didn't even arrived. We were at the esso gas station waiting since 8:10am for bus time was 8:30 am. We waited till 9:15 before leaving to go back. No communication from the bus company.

They cancelled the bus at 10:30 pm the night before. I had to scramble to make other arrangements.

Bus turned out to be a white van that smelled of cigarettes and literally gave me hives. Driver was swerving off the road on the highway multiple times, cars and trucks were honking at us the whole way. Thought we might die. I will NEVER book with them again.

The bus did not pick up at the Royal Paan as scheduled and we had to walk to Fanshawe College bus area to catch it in the pouring rain. The bus itself had some type of mechanical problem so could not travel the posted speed limit. The driver drove in the middle lane on the 401 with all the issues and I think he should have been in the far right to not impede traffic. The driver was courteous and helpful with the luggage etc but he spent way too much time on his phone. That being said I do not know if it was about the bus or if it was it personal calls.

Decent train, lucky that the cart was mostly empty. But we were 15 min late enroute and then 30 min standing waiting for the platform in Toronto. Got late for everything and such a waste.

Instructions and help was clear and available. The trip was 40 min late ( rail congestion). My seat tray was broken and the seats were not very comfortable.

Provide free tomato soup. We pay so much money for travel. Give some refreshments free.

They called me at 2am to tell me my bus is cancelled due to the bad road condition. They put me on an 2 hour earlier bus.

The bus did not show and a call came in a at 5 am for the 4200 am pick up stating that they had a sick call. Very disappointing as I would have missed my flight should I have not figured out my own way to Toronto.

On time and hassle free drive.driver was nice and professional and vehicle was super clean.

I will only travel with London Travel from here on, The driver Carlos was so wonderful and friendly and it was first class service. The vehicle was immaculate, playing soft classical music and calm, with perfect car temperature. This the only way I will travel to London back from on. Please don’t change a thing.
