How to travel from Kitchener to London

Journey from kitchener to London was fair as the driver was not friendly and the heater was not working buy tge Journey from 101 York street to 1457 Oxford Street was fantastic as the driver was exceptionally good.

Driver was talking to someone on the phone throughout the drive from Kitchener to London. Not even a minute he drove without talking. We feel very unsafe. Coming to temperature of the vehicle it is so cold, our feet got freezing. Regarding the timing, the vehicle is on time.

There was a 40 min delay, but there was big snow, so acceptable. Could do better if they can let us know when exactly our bus is going to come, cause we stood in the snow for that long.

Bus was slightly delayed (10-15 minutes) but this was communicated via text in advance. Service was great: the driver was helpful, polite, drove safely, and we reached our destination quickly. The bus was clean. Overall a pleasant experience!

Bus was originally delayed 45 min… then additionally another 15-20… was not communicated to disregard the last delay… bus left without me when I went to the washroom near by… bus company called me AFTER the bus left…

The bus came almost 2 hours late and I had to wait in the sidewalk for 2 hours in a cold windy weather. FlixBus does have an online tracking system that could have allowed the passengers to see whether the bus comes on-time or not. However, even after 1 hour and 25 minutes of delay the tracking system said the bus is on-time! If that was the first time I took FlixBus in that route, I would have certainly believed that I have come to a wrong spot and missed my bus. I travel daily from Kitchener to London and I always took busses from another company which has similar delays but without a tracking systems. When I learned about your tracking system at FlixBus, I decided to switch to hoping to plan my journey to the station more appropriately and only show up when the bus would arrive. But having unreliable tracking system is even worse than not having it at all. Without a tracking system, the passengers could always call the customer service to ask about possible delays but if they trust an unreliable tracking system, they could end up waiting on the sidewalk for two hours in harsh weather conditions.

My bus never came. Had to make other arrangements. No help from customer service

The trip went all smoothly and on time. Clean washroom. The washroom lock didn't seem to work. But overall it went all great!

I was at my pick up stop 30 minutes before schedule and waited for three hours and my bus didn’t arrive. I didn’t receive a message or call to warn me about the delay. At the end I went to London paying another ticket at Onex

I liked the email telling me the bus was delayed due to traffic, for 10 minutes.

First of all, the ride came later than the reserved time (8min). I tried calling Book A Ride, but they hung up on me at least 2 times. The driver was constantly on the phone. How he was talking outloud didn't bother me too much but there were a few times when the car swiveled.

Excellent value. The bus was on time, driver was friendly he drove safely and we arrived at the destination on time.

Anxiety filled. Bus was late, couldn't find a telephone contact and lastly I was traveling with minors but was unable to find seats close to at least my 7 and 10 year olds. We were scattered throughout the bus.

The train was cancelled so they sent a bus, the bus never arrived so they bought us taxis. However, being 3 hours late, I missed my ride home a had to spend an additional 50 for a cab to my home.

Train was late and staff were cranky and rude on board.

I arrived 15 minutes early for the bus and I was left waiting for nearly 45 minutes, when I finally called to check the bus status I was told the bus had stopped at McDonalds and picked up passengers there, and then skipped picking me up at the designated bus stop. So I was not picked up by the bus. I did not receive the ride I paid for.
