How to travel from New York to Washington

The driver was very rude and although we have arrived at the destination a little earlier, the whole way he was hitting brakes and jerking the bus. My son and I felt unsafe the whole way. Also, the driver did not announce the stop when we arrived at the Union Station (DC) before our last stop (Rosslyn, VA) and people were getting off thinking it was the final stop. I would not recommend taking this bus

Journey was good except sometimes the driver was rude in giving instructions as if we school kids !

I enjoyed the ride, the driver was great 👍 however, when being outside at silverspring, the guy who went on the pasing my chair in the bus took my water bottle which I had recently bought. Sad though that stealing on the bus is still exist

Seat wasn't very comfortable. My seat didn't recline. I noticed foot rests were missing some places. The bus looked really worn. Bus driver honked excessively through the trip.

Got to Washington Union terminal an hour Late. Upset my plans big time. I got stranded along with my family before figuring out the right course of action for myself and then. Missed out on an important dinner appointment and a pickup arrangement. All plans for the evening got screwed up.Nobody ever informed me about the potential delay nor did they ever apologize about it. Ridiculous. My first ever travel with greyhound. I was let down in their reputation of what I had in my mind.

Bus was not fit for the trip , got technical problems, we had to change the bus for three times.

I was so happy I was on the 12:00 bus and the bus driver was so kind and respectful I rEs appreciate your service and I will recommend Peter Pan to family and friends

I have been travelling with this company for a while now even when late or early i know i will get to my destination safely and that's all that matters the driver's are very courteous

Best Bus is the best bus I’ve taken thus far. The bus is clean and comfortable. The Wi-Fi connection is strong and every seat has an electric outlet. The staff are very professional. I also appreciate that they hand everyone a water bottle and are good about collecting trash.

Older bus. Need hand sanitizer in the bath rooms. Wi fi was spotty. Engaging and pleasant driver W. Williams but arrived more than 30 minutes late in NYC and stopped 2x en route.

The bus left on time,gave free water,and made an announcement about everyone being courteous with cell phone usage and no using speakers. I didn't enjoy taking out my own bag,nor the fact that the reading light didn't work as I and another passenger wanted to continue reading when it got dark outside,but the light switch didn't work. Other than that great ride.

The bus was 15m late. It was difficult because there was a strong smell of urine and a bad odor on the bus.

It was on time, and I felt safe with how the driver did his job. I also enjoyed the stop and got some food.

The bus got there over an hour late and the AC stopped working during the trip so it got very hot.

When I bought the ticket it said there were no stops until final destination but there was one. I was one hour late to destination. Driver ok

Poor experience. Wasted tine waiting for another driver to arrive. Bus going from NYC to DC should not require driver change resulting in delay. I lost my prepaid dinner reservation

It is my first time taking the Megabus. I don’t aware some of the seats are reserved. My wife and I took the seats but before the bus started, I was informed that the seats that we were sitting were reserved. At last we had to sit in separate seats and this caused us some inconvenience. I think it would be better if the reserved seats are labelled before the passengers get in the bus. Besides, the bus service is good.

Bus arrived very late. I need to be on time for my work but bus arrived late. I am not happy. I was thinking that I picked wrong time schedule that caused bus was running late.

The train was an hour and a half late. We didn’t have a seat for the first 20 minutes, and it was boiling in the cars.

Track number was announced very late. Business carriage was far away from the access point to platform and we had to get there in a hurry because there was no possibility to prepare for boarding. A good practice would be eg. separate queue for business class like on airports. Train was very late (35 min) on the final station.

Very terrible!! Trip was perfect, but the staff at the train station was very very rude!!
