How to travel from Ottawa to Toronto

Worst experience ever! The bus was not properly cleaned. The seats were very uncomfortable. On top of everything they’re heating system was broken or something. It was so cold throughout the whole journey, I got sick because of it. And not to mention there was no wifi connection. I paid $74 and got the worst service.

Everything went well. Except 1980 Ogilieve in Ottawa is a big place. Passengers didn't know the exact location so better display on tmap and at Mall will be helpful with exact pin location

Terrible. They changed the location without informing riders and several people were left waiting in the cold for a bus that never came and resulted in me missing my flight

Enjoyed: Smooth travel. Clean washroom. Wifi Didn’t enjoy: no fold-out table. Driver on the phone.

It was great! A couple late on pick up location but not really a big deal. Great driver and very helpful. The bus was clean with plastic on the side for garbages, very convenient trip. Will definitely book again for future trips

Terrible service. Missed connection. 2 hours late. Disorganized. Blaming passengers.

2 hours and a half late. The second bus left without us. Almost had to stay at the halfway point until 3am.

I had to change buses at night! when transferring, I moved completely into a clogged bus, where there were no seats!

Excellent service by Red Arrow. On time pick-up and on time arrival at destination. Crew was Jack and Jilian was excellent in their service.

The attendant was friendly. Courteous and patient. Alternate routes or drop offs may save time

smelled really bad because of the toilet and there was an hour delay which wasn’t necessarily the bus’ fault, but the driver pulled over to the side of the road on the highway which was a bit confusing and scary. Otherwise, the bus driver waited for late passengers which was nice and I liked the 20 minute break stop

There was a loose component on the bus that caused a banging sound whenever we were in motion. Lasted the whole ride

The company changed my departure and arrival time less than 24 hours before the trip started, which resulted in severe change of my plans in the city. Furthermore, the bus had a very unpleasant smell (probably coming from the restroom) that stayed with us thorough the whole trip to Toronto.

They cancelled my trip few hrs before my trip. And send me a message at 2:00 am rediculous

Bus didn’t come. Had to book another bus with another company later in the day.

Our trip for 10:00 am was canceled at 2:00 am at night for „unforeseen circumstances“ so we had to scramble to find a new bus with a different company in the morning. Extremely short notice and no alternative trip or customer service available from the company. Extremely dissatisfied.

Every train has a delay - cancelled a whole day so I sat at the terminal for Hours and we all lost valuable and priceless times of our life. Via rail is absolutely garbage.

Nice space between seats, nice room for extra baggage. The trains are outdated, so it could use some update.

The bus was a bit late but we were not left in the dark. We received a notification and left Ottawa at the appointed time. The driver was great. Informative and pleasant. Will use this company again.

The trip was comfortable and the driver was good approachable to all the passengers .

At a drop off, I left the shuttle to go to the bathroom. There were only four of us in the shuttle. When I came back outsides, the bus driver left me with my things on the bus. When I called him he said he was not going to turn around. My husband had to call the driver and threaten him leaving me in -19 degree weather without my things. The driver turned around. Absolute worst experience. Don’t use this company.

Little to no heat and no insulation (hole in the wall, could tell) in the van, for a -20 degree day, got out of the van and my toes were genuinely blue. Honestly, borderline unsafe. Seats were tiny, and we were provided 2 different pickup addresses, leaving us in a guessing game until the van arrived.

The driver change the the bus station and I couldn’t take the bus

Our driver was great! Everything was communicated to me as a passenger so I knew what was going on.

The ride was comfortable and faster than my other trips with other travel companies. The driver was kind and very accommodating.

I payed for the services us of a bus and was given a van. no email to let me know about the changes. i’m not going to use this service again

The bus driver was very nice and was as punctual as possible. He arrived within 10 minutes at Bayshore and had one efficient gas/bathroom stop en route and arrived at STC just over four hours later. He drove safely and was courteous. The bus was very comfortable - it seated 13 in the back with 4 benches. We were only 5 passengers so we had loads of room but if it were full - it would feel tight. The temperature was good and some background music was on. I was pleasantly surprised and very satisfied with this trip from Ottawa - Toronto
