Wasn’t sure where the exact location of pickup and drop off was at first but finally figured it out. The trip itself was good - the bus driver was friendly, the bus was comfortable. However I wasn’t impressed that we had to put our own luggage on & take it off ourselves.

The driver didn't help with bags and was unnattentive and had attitude toward his passengers. When I arrived at my destination the bus driver wasn't near his bus and had two passengers who either missed getting back on the bus or didn't get their bags. I had to get his attention to get my bag and climb over other passengers bags to get it. He was young and didn't do a head count either - when we arrived to my destination he also left the bus running at the intersection during a green light to look at something that was unclear acted like the light didn't apply to him.

Bus was very uncomfortable and the drop off location in Calgary downtown is very inconvenient as there’s nothing to do around while waiting for the next bus

It was not a bad trip, until we arrived and I had to take my luggage out the hold. It was so low that I hit my head TWICE. There were no racks and the bags slid way to the back of the hold. It was so difficult to retrieve them.
