When you’re booking your trip on Busbud, simply select the Refund For Any Reason add-on at checkout. It’s quick and easy to include with your ticket!
2 – Cancel before departure
Cancel your trip up to 15 minutes before your first scheduled departure. It’s that easy.
3 – Refund Options Based on Operator Rules
Here’s how your refund will be handled, depending on the operator’s policies:
- For non-refundable or partially refundable tickets (or tickets that are past the operator’s refund period): You’ll get 100% of your ticket value as Busbud credits, which you can use for future trips. These credits are valid for two years from the date they’re issued.

For fully refundable tickets (based on the operator’s rules): You’ll get 100% of your ticket value back, refunded to the original payment method you used when booking.
This way, no matter the ticket type, you’re guaranteed to get your money back!
