I thought he was an excellent driver. I got a message to tell me he would be late, which I really appreciated and then he was only about 3 min over which isn’t really late in my book. A real plus was the app. It is the most customer friendly, so easy to use.

Driver was okay but bus was so dirty—powdery crumbs, dust, dirt and just random bits of stuff everywhere. I have allergies that aren’t too bad but after a while my nose was fully clogged and my eyes were watery. Driver was on time and everything else was fine I just felt that the bus needed to be cleaner for the amount I paid

your call cell MS, Al va helps me to ask the driver to waits some minutes because i got delayed because of an a Road accident and the driver was calm and very coopretive,, the bus Windows were not full isolated and the weather inside the bus are cold
