Ontario Northland receives positive feedback for its fantastic trips and kind staff, creating a welcoming atmosphere. However, some users experienced confusion during transfers at HWY 407 regarding Metrolinx buses and payment details. Additionally, there were reports of loud conversations between the driver and passengers being distracting during the journey.

I took a trip from Toronto to Sudbury on the Ontario Northland after a very large snowstorm over the weekend of February 16. I was a little nervous because I walk with a cane and I was travelling alone. The bus driver was very kind helped me up the stairs and with my bags And put everyone at ease with several jokes about his driving. He got us to Sudbury in good time being very careful of the road conditions. He put us all at ease. It was a very good trip. I would recommend using Ontario Northland!

I loved the staff they help me after I had mistakenly ordered a ticket for the wrong date what I really dislike was the fact that we were 40 mins late leaving north bay the bus broke down and that caused another delay and all together what should have been a 2 hour trip turned in to just shy of 6 and a half hours
