Orléans Express User Reviews
Orléans Express receives praise for its punctuality, clean buses, and safe driving. However, some customers have noted issues with communication regarding bus schedules and pick-up points at the airport. There are also mentions of uncomfortable seating due to narrow spaces and occasional unprofessional behavior from drivers. Additionally, Wi-Fi connectivity problems were reported by a few passengers.
I enjoyed the trip, the bus was only about 5 minutes late even with all that after work traffic. I waited at the UOttawa bus stop where the typical bus routes arrive. I was originally going to get off at the final station, but my boyfriend came to pick me up closer. I let the bus driver know and it was no problems with the change and finding luggage.
