Oxford Tube User Reviews
According to the reviews, Oxford Tube provides a comfortable and modern travel experience with ample seat space and charging ports for phones. Customers appreciate the clear emergency instructions as well. However, there have been mentions of longer-than-expected journey times on certain routes.
No complaints what so ever. Was even allowed to take an earlier bus since I was already there waiting. If there is one thing I could point out, then maybe get some more padding in the seats? They did get a bit hard after a while, but other than that, superb! Keep up the good work!
Nicolay H.
The problem was that on my ticket I was told to wait at the wrong bus stop. Ticket said stop B4 opp Pullens lane when it was in fact B3. Not being from Oxford this caused me to be standing at the wrong stop and miss my original bus.
Jacqueline B.
I loved the seat space and the available ports for charging my phone. I love the clear signs and instructions in case of an emergency.
Trevor M.
Smooth, calm, and ran to time, but a bit cold!
Lucy M.
Great journey. Comfortable seats and not cramped.
Pierre H.
Liked the punctuality of the rutes and cleanliness of the buses. Nothing to dislike!
