Will never ride Greyhound to El Paso again- I have Tornado Bus Lines! Clean, efficient, and safe. I wish I had tried them three years ago when my daughters started at UTEP. Now I can rest easy commuting my girls from Dallas tonEl Paso.

Was ignored as if nobody spoke english. When I first got on the bus one of the bus drivers was being yelled at. I PAID for seat #1 instead they made me sit in #3 which had significantly less leg room. Other than that, the ride was smooth. Customer service NEEDS to be worked on!
